Notify Partners Privacy Policy

Yasha Limited ("we", "us", "our"), registered under number HE 419811 at Office 908H, 9th floor, Nicolaou Pentadromos Center, Limassol 3312, Cyprus, operates the Notify Partners service (https://notify.partners) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

Notify Partners is a multi-channel push notification delivery and analytics platform. It enables customers ("Customers") to manage device push tokens, build audience segments, schedule and trigger push campaigns ("Push Packs") across Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for Android, the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for iOS, and Web Push, and to measure delivery, open, and click-through performance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data in connection with the Service.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Account data: organization/business name, admin contact name, email address, username
  • Authentication data: login credentials and, where applicable, single sign-on/OAuth account information
  • Billing data: subscription plan, payment history, transaction identifiers (processed via Stripe)
  • Device and audience data: device push tokens (FCM registration tokens, APNs device tokens, Web Push subscription endpoints) and subscriber/audience list metadata uploaded by Customers for segmentation purposes
  • Campaign content data: push notification payload content configured by Customers within Push Packs (e.g. titles, body text, deep links, images)
  • Delivery and engagement data: delivery status, open and click-through events, timestamps, and channel/platform used for each notification
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information
  • Usage data: dashboard pages visited, feature usage, session duration, API calls
  • Cookie data: information from cookies and similar technologies on notify.partners

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Processing occurs under Article 6 GDPR for:

  • Performance of contract: account registration, dashboard access, configuration and delivery of push campaigns, payment processing
  • Legitimate interests: service improvement, delivery-rate optimization, fraud prevention, security, product analytics
  • Legal obligation: compliance with applicable laws
  • Consent: marketing communications, non-essential cookies

4. Data Sharing and Recipients

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with:

  • Stripe, Inc. for payment processing
  • Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Apple (Apple Push Notification service), which are necessary to deliver push notifications to end-user devices on behalf of Customers
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Legal authorities when required

Data processing agreements with such recipients comply with Article 28 GDPR.

5. International Data Transfers

Data may transfer outside the EEA, including to Stripe (US), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (US), and Apple Push Notification service (US). Such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or Article 45 adequacy decisions.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained while accounts are active. After account deletion, certain data remains in anonymized form for up to 12 months for legal compliance purposes. Payment records are retained per applicable tax requirements.

7. Data Security

Security measures include:

  • TLS/SSL encryption in transit
  • Access controls
  • Regular security audits
  • Firewall and intrusion detection
  • Data backups

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, users have the right to:

  • Access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing
  • Data portability and objection
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

9. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary cookies, which cannot be disabled, as they are required for the Service to function
  • Analytics cookies, which require consent and help us understand how the Service is used
  • Marketing cookies, which require consent and are used to measure and improve our own promotional communications

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. Any data belonging to children is deleted upon discovery. Report concerns to support@notify.partners.

11. Changes to this Policy

Updates to this Policy take effect immediately upon posting. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute relating to this Policy that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus. Consumers within the EU may also submit disputes via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
